Predictability is comfortable, but that comfort often prevents us from thinking creatively and being resourceful. Predictability teaches us to follow, not to lead.
Instead of protecting our children from uncertainty, Hema Trukenbrod suggests that we teach them to seek it. That’s where they will find success and resilience. Hema is a recognized expert in pediatric behavior and development with over 20 years of clinical, treatment, consulting, teaching, and entrepreneurial business experience in the field. She founded PediaSource, an online platform offering direct access to an extensive assembly of pediatric experts who provide ongoing support to children, parents, and care givers.
