Can we ever know what’s real? Communication scholar Sean Tiffee examines the relationship between perception and reality and questions the intersection between the two. In this talk, he advises us not to mind the gap, but to mine the gap and become a more loving and empathic person.
Sean is a voracious reader and estimates that he reads more than five hours a day. He has a PhD in Rhetoric and Langage from the University of Texas. He has taught Communication Studies courses at the University of Texas, Texas State University, and Austin Community College. He currently teaches at Lone Star College – Tomball.
