She spent most of his childhood trying to understand his identity – of Chinese origins, raised in Italy and with an international education.

When she was a child, Giada thought that her diversity was a weakness.

As one of the first girls with almond-shaped eyes in her city in Italy, she had many difficulties finding a place in the world that she could call „home“.

After so many challenges, she overcame her fears – going from being a very shy girl, to becoming a strong woman who gets up and speaks for other women, from feeling different and always out of place to embracing her diversity and making it a strong point. Originally from China and raised in Italy, Giada has gained professional experiences in Italy, US, Europe and China, and speaks 5 languages. After past experiences at Goldman Sachs and McKinsey, Giada is currently co-founder and CEO of Mulan Group, a food production company of Asian ready-to-eat meals.
Passionate about closing the gender gap, Giada founded and served as President for Women in Finance, the first Italian non-profit organization focused entirely on women in the financial sector, striving to achieve gender balance and fulfillment of young female students’ potential by activating leadership in youth.
